Extending Your Booking
We understand that enjoyable social experiences can sometimes go by quickly. If you are enjoying your scheduled activity and would like to continue for longer, booking extensions may be available depending on the availability of your connection partner.
Here’s how it works:

Around 15 minutes before your scheduled booking ends, your connection partner will kindly remind you. This gives you time to finish your activity or decide whether you would like to request an extension.
🤝 2. Check Availability
If you would like to continue, simply discuss the extension with your connection partner. They will let you know whether they are available and what additional time may be possible.
💳 3. Pay for the Extension Upfront
To keep the process clear and professional, all approved extension payments must be completed upfront before the additional time begins.
⏰ 4. Continue Your Activity
Once the extension has been agreed and payment has been completed, you can continue your planned activity for the additional agreed period.
